Chains — Bitmart CHA pre-listing AMA Summary
On December 25th, Chains held an open AMA session on its Telegram channel to answer questions raised by the community pertaining to the upcoming listing of CHA on Bitmart, the first cryptocurrency exchange to provide a CHA/USDT trading pair.
- Which trading pair is being listed?
The trading pair that will be available for trading on Bitmart.com is BEP20 CHA/USDT.

3. When can I withdraw CHA from Chains.com?
Processing withdrawals at scale is a complex and high-stakes operation.
We are working on enabling withdrawals on all networks for vested tokens. This is a process that we are moving along as fast as possible, given the security considerations. We are working towards enabling withdrawals on December 28th. It may happen a little earlier or later than that.
4. How much CHA is there, and what happens to be unsold CHA?
All the CHA that was allocated and not sold during the token sale, will be burnt.
The exact amount of CHA in circulation is yet to be defined by vesting and withdrawal processing; We expect the amount of CHA in circulation during the first week to be less than 20,000,000 CHA.
5. I have CHA that is not BEP20 — what happens to it?
Chains is already looking into introducing TRC20, ERC20 and Polygon trading pairs. Priority has been given to BNBChain as per the feedback from the community and the Bitmart exchange. When withdrawals are enabled, all CHA token types will be available for withdrawal.
6. Can I stake CHA on Chains.com?
In the coming two weeks, we will introduce native CHA staking to CHA holders on Chains.com.
Staking, a feature that we initially were planning to ship in late 2023, has been prioritized over Prism, the analytics product we’ve been working on.
7. Can I stake unvested CHA?
Your entire balance, vested and unvested tokens, can be locked and be eligible for compounding CHA rewards on Chains.com.
8. Where can I buy CHA?
The only way to buy CHA is on Bitmart, and whichever exchanges CHA is listed on next.
