Launchpad — First Contact With the Real World
The past 24 hours have been an intense and challenging experience for our team. We appreciate our early adopters and those who had their accounts whitelisted, being the first ones to experience our first real product, the Launchpad.
⚡️No Launch of such complexity goes without hiccups. Supporting 4 networks, Coinbase, credit cards, and KYC from minute 0 meant we had to react and scale quickly on all fronts at once.
It did not as smoothly as planned, and we are processing a backlog of hundreds of transactions manually — rest assured, every single TxID is accounted for.
🤝We know that it sucks seeing others boasting their CHA allocations. We are processing transactions as fast as we can, and everyone will be credited based on the original timing of the transaction, regardless of the current tranche price.
